WEB, which stands for “Where Everybody Belongs” is a junior high transition program that welcomes 7th graders and helps them build confidence throughout the first year of of their junior high experience. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, the program trains mentors from the upcoming 8th grade class to be WEB Leaders. WEB Leaders are carefully selected and trained to act as positive role models, motivators, leaders and teachers who guide the 7th graders to discover what it takes to be successful in junior high.
